THE MISSION
The Lucky Foundation raises money for the families of the fallen or seriously injured Military and First Responders, as well as funds towards scholarships for the children of those Heroes. At our events, adventure enthusiasts from all around the country set out on guided expeditions exploring this beautiful country we call Home.
Since 2021, The Lucky Foundation continues to evolve. The Lucky Foundation strives to be a leading organization in diversity, equity, and inclusion. We seek to create a culture where volunteers and constituents are empowered to share their voices and perspectives to create an environment of inclusion, growth, positivity, belonging and change. This culture is embraced by all parts of the Foundation.
May Mental Health Awareness Month
This May, The Lucky Foundation is proud to support the incredible work being done through WeHealUS and the powerful mission behind the Scars to STARs Summit. From trauma-informed care and mental health advocacy to survivor empowerment and community healing, these initiatives are creating meaningful change for individuals and families around the world.
The message is powerful: our scars do not define us. They can become the foundation for strength, purpose, leadership, and transformation.
As organizations, leaders, and communities continue to prioritize mental wellness, compassion, and recovery-centered conversations, campaigns like these remind us that healing happens when people feel seen, supported, and connected.
Together, we can continue breaking stigmas, elevating awareness, and building a future where mental health support is accessible, informed, and human-centered.
